One-One Coaching

Delivering top performance that is sustainable is something people in the workplace are continually striving for and it is something TPC coaches know a lot about. TPC coaches have researched and published extensively in this area in the form of books, scientific papers and articles in prestigious publications including Harvard Business Review. We have also consulted with some of the world’s top performers.

We come from a range of backgrounds and draw on our vast experience to provide expert one-one coaching. Our coaches are able to help across a broad range of areas and assignments. Our coaching sometimes involves gathering feedback, and in some instances includes having a meeting(s), with the line manager and the coachee. In other situations we are asked to observe the coachee in their work environment (e.g. chairing a Board meeting, leading a team meeting).

Given our expertise in coaching, we are also able to run coaching programmes to develop internal coaching capability.

I have worked with Graham over a period of many years now. He has helped me step back from the day to day grind of life and to be more thoughtful about the direction of my life and for what I really want to aim. Graham is very down to earth but all of the sessions are aimed at producing practical actions to implement the success of which can be measured over time. I have very much enjoyed learning more about Graham's work on mental toughness and mindfulness and have applied that to my day to day life. I would recommend Graham to anyone who is keen to stretch themselves and improve the way they get the best out of themselves and other people.

In inviting Professor Graham Jones to our first national EMCC conference in Sweden, I was convinced that we would get a high quality presentation. This is exactly what we got, regarding context that was insightful and challenging, as well as raising some interesting issues on some of the myths of the coaching community. We also got a presentation that was delivered in a more than professional way. In a humble and authentic manner Graham managed to both catch our interest to the fullest, inform us and challenge us, with stories of both failures and successes (most coach presenters does lack the mental toughness to tell stories of failures). This made the presentation to what I think can be labeled a ‘next generation’ coaching presentation!
